Keto Chocolate Chunks Cookies Mix

Flour prepared to make Keto Cookies with sugar-free chocolate pieces and nuts.

Instructions Bag 323g:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C, prepare a tray with a silpat silicone tablecloth or star paper (with the stars facing down).
  2. Mix with a fork 80g of Butter/Ghee at room temperature or 72g of melted unflavored coconut oil ( do not use hot oil because it melts the chisas ) with an egg and a teaspoon of vanilla.
  3. Mix the contents of the bag (323 g) with the butter/oil mixture
  4. Freeze the dough for 10 minutes
  5. Form 12 balls of dough with your hands or a #24 ice cream scoop. Flatten the balls with your hands so that they are approximately 8cm
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden, turn off the oven and leave it in the oven for 12 more minutes with the door closed.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely for an hour without covering. The cookies will be firm once cool
